OUR COFFEE
RAW Coffee Company imports the highest quality fair trade beans from ETHIOPIA, NICARAGUA, PERU, COLOMBIA, EAST TIMOR & MEXICO.
Each individual origin is hand roasted in our Probat coffee roaster to ensure consistency and maximum flavor. Freshly roasted whole beans are at their best 10 days after roasting and will remain good for two months. Ground coffee on the other hand will deteriorate as quickly as five minutes after exposure to oxygen and humidity, so must be stored securely in an air tight container in a cool dark cupboard ~ but not the fridge!
To make certain your coffee is absolutely fresh, we do recommend that you grind your beans just prior to preparing.
